Change your plan
To grow, you place a new order in Quick Start. To shrink, cancel or ask for a refund, you message a person on our team. Those changes depend on your specific order, so we handle them one by one rather than through a button.
Adding inboxes or moving up a plan
Section titled “Adding inboxes or moving up a plan”You’ll usually want more inboxes when you want to send more emails. Each inbox has a safe daily limit (see Sending limits), so more sending means more inboxes, not more emails per inbox.
-
Work out how many emails you want to send a month. Choosing a plan turns a goal like “100 calls a month” into a monthly email number and a plan.
-
Open Quick Start in the app sidebar.
-
Pick your products. Choose a bigger plan, or add individual products (Outlook tenants, Google accounts or SMTP inboxes) on top of what you have.
-
Add domains for the new inboxes. New inboxes need their own domains. See Domains for how many you need and how to connect them.
-
Choose your sequencer, review and pay. Our team builds the new inboxes, sets up DNS and warmup and connects them to your sequencer, just like your first order.
Not sure whether to add individual products or move to a bigger bundle? Ask Maya in the app, or message the team.
Downgrades, cancellations and refunds
Section titled “Downgrades, cancellations and refunds”These always go through a person. Reach the team through:
- the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of the app,
- your private Slack channel (opened with your first order),
- or email help@maildeck.co.
To speed things up, include:
- the email on your Maildeck account,
- which order or plan you mean,
- what you’d like to change (for example “drop to Starter”, “cancel at the end of this month”, or “remove these 3 domains”).
If your needs are bigger than Growth
Section titled “If your needs are bigger than Growth”If you plan to send more than the Growth plan covers but under 1 million emails a month, start on Growth and the team sizes a custom stack around it. At 1 million emails a month and above, Enterprise is the fit. Talk to the team in either case.
