# Welcome to Maildeck

Maildeck gives you the **email accounts your cold emails are sent from**: inboxes on Outlook, Google Workspace and SMTP,
set up on your own domains, with all the technical records done and warmed up before you send. You pick a plan, tell us
your domains and your sending tool, and our team builds the rest.

If you've never run cold email before, that's fine. These guides start from zero.

## How it works, in four steps

1. **Pick a plan.** Tell us how many people you want to reach. A plan is simply how many inboxes you get, and so how
   many emails you can safely send a month. Not sure? [Choosing a plan](https://docs.maildeck.co/plans/choosing-a-plan/) turns
   "I want 50 calls a month" into a plan.

2. **Add your domains, sender names and sequencer.** Domains are the web addresses your inboxes live on
   (like `you@getyourbrand.com`). Your sequencer is the tool that sends your campaigns, such as Instantly or Plusvibe.

3. **Pay and place your order.** Checkout is by card. Then our team builds your inboxes, sets up the DNS records and
   starts warmup. You can follow the progress on your dashboard.

4. **Get support on tap.** Join our [community Slack](https://slack.maildeck.co) and say hi to Maya, our AI guide in the app. With your first
   order you also get a private Slack channel with our team.
